As a child, Paul’s life was defined by asthma—not by choice, but by circumstance. While other kids played outside, he spent his days indoors, struggling for each breath, tethered to a nebulizer. But even then, Paul made a decision: this would not define him.

With unwavering discipline, he turned the tides. He dedicated himself to training, weightlifting, and clean nutrition, slowly transforming his body—and reclaiming his health. That same drive took him all the way to the U.S. Marine Corps, where he shattered physical and mental barriers, and later became a semi-pro baseball player and competitive weightlifter.

Today, Paul uses that same grit and experience to help others overcome their own limitations—whether physical, mental, or hormonal. His journey isn’t just about strength—it’s about refusing to settle for less than your full potential.
